What a beautiful time of the year
Right now EVERYTHING is so green and fresh. We have had a lot more rain this year than last and things are just lush. Some of the corn is taller than the houses. We really hope that means an excellent harvest because, even though things are growing great, it is a very difficult time for people. Harvest doesn't come until mid to late April and because of last year's poor crops, finished maize is scarce and really expensive.

Elder and Sister Prete, My mom got your blog from a sister missionary's mom that is serving in the Lusaka, Zambia mission. I've been reading it off and on since my sister, Sister Webster, will be coming to Zambia in the next couple weeks. You both have had some great adventures it looks like. Good luck and Best wishes throughout the rest of your mission. Hope it's okay that I continue to look at your blog off and on and see your adventures, since we can't wait to see the adventures Sister Webster will have in that mission. (My blog is private but you can email me @ talk2mel(at)juno(dot)com.)
