Lake Malawi zone activity

Every once in a while the zone is allowed to have a bigger activity. The elders had been wanting to go to the lake so the day before Elder Gonza was leaving, we did it. We had a great time. Most of the day we had the little park to ourselves. So beautiful and peaceful!

For lunch Elder Prete cooked us hamburgers on the braii (barbeque). Elder Shurtz and Elder Buckholz chopped the fruit for the fruit salad. Food just always tastes better on a picnic!

Along the lake shore. Missionaries are not allowed to go swimming so we had warned them that if they even "accidentally" fell in the water, we were loading up and heading home. They were awesome and obedient to the rules. Even when we played volleyball and soccer they were very careful not to let the ball get away.

Just us
